It has quite a few cardio machines including treadmills, stair climbers, recumbent and upright stationary bikes and elliptical machines. I didn't use the pool but I did use the fitness center.
The bathroom had a huge shower which I loved. I slept very soundly due to the wonderful bed and the quiet atmosphere on the hotel floors. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Lots of standing room but also plenty of tables and booth seating behind the main floor. First of all, the concert venue in the casino is great. I drove into Vegas to see a band that was playing at the Aliante and decided to just stay there since I had never actually stayed off the strip before.
